Product works great. Unfortunately, I accidentally sent it to an less preferred address and even though I realized just a couple minutes after submitting the order, there was no way to change it (it took days for customer service to get back to me and by then, the stops were already shipped). It would have been great to have a way to quickly change the address for a certain period of time after submitting the order.
