Refund policy

Sometimes things don't work out, and we get that! We strive to make our returns process as painless as possible.

How long do I have to return my item?

If you changed your mind or the item isn't to your liking, we are happy to accept these returns within 30 days from the date you receive the item (unless otherwise stated, some exceptions apply). Customers are required to 

Fulfillment mistakes (i.e. you received the wrong item) or manufacturing defects also qualify for return within 30 days of receipt.

How do returns work?

  1. To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase.

  3. Once received by our team, the item(s) will be inspected and a refund will be processed for the item(s) returned.

Please note: Shipping fees will not be refunded as they cover the original shipping cost to you and then back to our warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.

What items do you accept for returns?

Returns must still be brand new, in mint condition, not worn outside, and within 30 days of receiving. They must be shipped back in a protected box/shipping bag so the Moxi item is not exposed. If damage in transit is deemed to be due to improper packaging, a full refund may not be granted. We will accept your return once the item arrives at our warehouse and we have examined the returned items. All returns are subject to inspection and will not be accepted if worn or damaged.

Size 1 Beach Bunny, Panther, or Jungle will be subject to a $25 restocking fee.

Due to their specialized manufacturing, some items are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Customizable skates
  • Mounting services
  • Vegan Jacks
  • Every color of Jack except Black
  • Half sizes (Lolly boot) and custom sizes (both Jack and Lolly)
  • Jade Lolly
  • Banana cream lining
  • Cork heel
  • Custom widths (D, E) - both Lolly and Jack

Returns (International)

In general, we will charge a 25% surcharge on return shipping for international orders. Depending on the situation, shipping charges may be adjustable. Please contact us regarding your return for details pertaining to your particular situation.
